Jonah Higinbotham is a recent graduate of the Academy of Art, with an Associates in Digital Media and Animation with focus on traditional Animation. 

 

Fascinated by animation his whole life, Jonah grew up dreaming of bringing his drawings to life. That  determination to make his dream a reality carried him from Chicago, to Salt Lake City, to Orlando, and finally to San Francisco, all the while freelancing to build his talents. He is proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere, as well as Toon Boom Harmony, and a working knowledge of Maya and Blender. In the spring of 2015, he began to form his own studio, named Grumpy Fairy Productions, with aspirations of producing his own short subject animation.

Jonah is a hard working, dedicated professional who works well in collaborative projects. He enjoys reading about the history of Animation, bike riding, musicals, and Steven Universe.
